since 12-10-07 i'am dealing with riddex plus ,the address is 4201 kellway circle,Addison tx 75001.the phone number is 866-214-5141.my order number is4283742.i buy 1,get 1 free.it's does't look the same as the tv advertisment,plus they dont work.i ask my money back,the company make me return the product in my own expense.i can't get through the customer service.whenever i try to get a supervisor name ,i was just given an id number which i couldn't verified,once i was told she a women,but i talk to a man
